2) If you have no drawing, you are welcome to ship original samples to us.

Making production drawing
We make standard production drawings according to your drawings or samples.

Confirming drawing
We confirm the size, tolerance, sharp edge angle and etc by both sides.

Material request
1) You request the material grade directly.
2) If you have no idea on the material grade, you can tell us the usage of the product, then we can offer the professional suggestions on material selection.
3) If you give us samples, we can do the material analysis on samples and make the same grade with the samples.

Production
1) Preparing the blank, tool and auxiliary materials
2) Product processing--semi-finished, or finished etc
3) Quality Control ( inspection for each process, spot-check during production, final check of finished products)
4) Finished products warehousing.
