Product Introduction
We can produce the metal round cutting blades with a diameter of 40mm-1500mm. Our metal cutting blade products are made from D2, SKD11, SKD61, HSS, Tungsten Carbide, etc. Our metal cutting circular blades have the feature of high strength, high hardness, high toughness, high harden ability and can ensure the slitted and sheared material is flat and smooth without burr. Shearing machine blades and slitting machine knives are manufactured to suit each application and custom design. They are available in a wide range of standard and proprietary chemistries suitable for either hot or cold work. They deliver the correct combination of toughness, shock resistance, and edge-holding characteristics required for each application. The sheet metal shear knives and circular slitting blades are available in a wide range of materials and are selected and heat-treated to match the demands of line environmental conditions, strip characteristics, and shear design
